These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777poker online gaming platform, accessible at https://777poker.im ("the Platform", "777poker", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

777poker reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Access to 777poker is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777poker maintains a strict 21+ age policy and enforces this through mandatory identity and age verification before any real-money activity is permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 777poker or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you access the Platform entirely at your own risk and responsibility with respect to local law compliance.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777poker or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or software providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

If 777poker has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any costs incurred in the verification process.

By registering an account on 777poker, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. Any false declaration of eligibility may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access real-money gaming on 777poker, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must not use a pseudonym, incomplete name, or any other person's details when registering.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.

• 777poker will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

777poker reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

777poker supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Pakistani users, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. 777poker will not process deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. 777poker does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / SadaPay: Typically processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• USDT TRC20: Typically processed within 24 hours subject to network confirmation times.

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or USDT as applicable. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable. 777poker is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT transactions.

777poker offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all 777poker bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds, which must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet deposit requirements for other bonuses.
• 777poker reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where offering the bonus would breach the Platform's licensing conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bets, wagers, and gameplay on 777poker are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, casino, poker, slots, live dealer, fishing games). These product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• All gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures, as applicable. 777poker does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, 777poker will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the outcome accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the game round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Cricket and other sportsbook markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. 777poker's decision on settlement of markets is final in cases of ambiguity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777poker Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether individually or in conjunction with other persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, adapt, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event offered on 777poker.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777poker staff or other users through any communication channel.

777poker is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity, and we have a duty to help players maintain control over their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777poker Content.
• Any right to use 777poker's name, logos, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Any right to frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 777poker Content will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777poker, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond 777poker's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, technical failures, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome histories.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777poker's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 777poker makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

777poker reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider in relation to any deposit.
• Regulatory direction or requirement from a relevant licensing or law enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, 777poker reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from dormancy or legitimate voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your last used verified payment method.

777poker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via:

• An email notification to the registered account email address, sent no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect (except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory direction or to address security vulnerabilities, in which case changes may take effect immediately).
• A prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or login page during the notice period.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777poker holds its international gaming license. In the event of a dispute between you and 777poker, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: Where a formal complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 777poker's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
